Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting points for typical Orange County homes and are not an offer or a binding quote. Final pricing depends on property size, access, condition and scope. You receive a written scope and price before any work is scheduled, and nothing is charged until you approve it.

Scheduling and cancellation

We confirm an arrival window in advance. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can so the slot can be reused. Weather and safety conditions may require us to move exterior work; we'll always contact you first.

Licensed partner work

Maintenance services are performed by our own team. Work requiring a specialty license — including new water-filtration system installation and plumbing modifications — is performed by a licensed partner contractor under their license, and their terms and warranty apply to that portion of the work.

Reviews and photos

Reviews you submit are published only with your consent and under the display name you choose. By submitting a review or photos you give us permission to display them on this site. You can ask us to remove them at any time.
