New whole-home systems tie into the main water supply line, which is licensed work (CSLB C-55 water conditioning / C-36 plumbing) and often requires a permit. ADG specs the system, schedules the work and remains your single point of contact; the licence-verified partner contracts directly with you. Any referral arrangement is disclosed in writing.

How we measure
Readings taken at the kitchen cold tap, run 60 seconds first, water at ambient temperature. TDS by calibrated handheld meter (±2%); hardness by titration test strip read at 30 seconds.
